1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the luky555 platform, or making use of any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on luky555.org including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

4. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create an Account on luky555.org. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. luky555 will never ask you to disclose your password.
• You must notify luky555 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
• Account registration is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• luky555 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your luky555 Account are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the luky555 platform, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank, subject to availability.
• All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). luky555 does not apply currency conversion to Malaysian player accounts.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• luky555 only accepts funds deposited by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• luky555 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits that are reversed, charged back, or otherwise recalled by the payment provider will result in the equivalent balance being deducted from the player's account. Any winnings derived from reversed funds will be voided.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your luky555 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit, or to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• luky555 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal. Requested documentation may include a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) within 10 minutes of approval; bank transfers within one business day. These timelines are targets and not guarantees.
• luky555 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• luky555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in the event of a suspected breach of these Terms pending investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

luky555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements (rollover), time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game restrictions. These conditions are disclosed at the time the bonus is presented.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• luky555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting with Bonus Funds, or collusion — may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are subject to the account holder being in good standing and not being in breach of any provision of these Terms.

8. Betting Rules

The following rules govern sports betting activities on the luky555 platform:

• All bets are accepted at luky555's sole discretion. luky555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without obligation to provide a reason.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be accepted for live in-play markets only. In all other cases, bets placed on events that have already started will be void.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error, luky555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned prior to its conclusion, settlement rules specific to that sport and market apply as published in the luky555 sportsbook rules.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned as the original stake only. No interest accrues on held or returned stakes.
• luky555 does not accept bets from players acting in concert to exploit market inefficiencies or pricing errors (syndicate betting).

9. Casino & Slots

The following rules apply to all casino and slot game products offered by luky555:

• All slot games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness and statistical compliance.
• Live casino outcomes are determined by physical processes (card dealing, dice, roulette wheels) conducted by trained dealers on camera in real time. No pre-determination is applied.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, luky555 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on available game logs. If the outcome cannot be reliably determined, the round will be treated as void and the stake returned.

10. Prohibited Conduct

11. Account Suspension & Termination

luky555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used for money laundering or financial crime.
• At the Account holder's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, luky555 may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining balance including Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Verified real-money deposits that are not the subject of a dispute may be returned following investigation.
